Biography

Hafiz Ansar Rasul Suleria, currently working as Postdoctoral Fellow in Kansas State of University, He had worked as RHD Fellow in School of Medicine, The University of Queensland, Australia funded by Australian Government. He worked as Postgraduate Research Fellow with Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO, Australia). In May 28th 2014, he has been awarded the Early Career Research Award, 2014 (CSIRO, University of Adelaide, Australia) on cutting edge Science Symposium funded by Australian Government. He has been working as Lecturer in Department of Food Science, Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan. Recently, he has been awarded IUTOX Junior Fellowship for Young Scientist (International Union of Toxicology) for the XIII International Congress of Toxicology, June 30-July 4, 2013 in Seoul, South Korea. He has also been awarded International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (IPRS) and Australian Postgraduate Award (APA) funded by Australian Government for his PhD studies in University of Queensland Australia. He has visited in different International Universities during Student Exchange Program funded by Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Mr. Suleria has been working as Research Associate in PAK-US Joint Project funded by HEC and Department of State, USA with collaboration of University of Massachusetts, USA and National Institute of Food Science and Technology, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan. His research expertise is on Natural product phytochemistry, Functional & Nutraceutical foods, Food Nutrition & Metabolic Syndromes. He has got various trainings on advance analytical techniques. He has awarded various International Travel Grant Awards to attend International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops as Speaker, Co-Chair, and Mediator. He is member of various National and International Organizations like IFT, European Federation of Food Science and Technology, International Society of Food and Hygiene and PSFST, IUTOX and SOT. Mr. Suleria has published more than 20 International Research and Review Articles in various high reputed/impacted journals. He is also a potent reviewer of International Journals like International Journal of Food Science and Nutrition, Critical Reviews of Food Science and Nutrition and International Journal of Food Science & Technology.
